So far, owner Al Presco said he has had a few people interested in the space, but no one has signed a lease yet. The space, which is 6,000 square feet and can be divided up, can be leased for $15 per square feet.
What type of business would you like to see in this spot? Is there something missing in Frankfort that would be great in that space? A good Thai restaurant? Another coffee shop? A Restoration Hardware? An Anthropologie?
