Terri Rossi, Beloved at Lincoln-Way East and Wife of Former Frankfort Mayor, Dies
Terri L. Rossi, wife of Judge and former Frankfort Mayor Raymond Rossi, was a beloved member of the Lincoln-Way community.

FRANKFORT, IL - Terri L. Rossi (Wilson), described as a beloved member of the Lincoln-Way community and the wife of former Frankfort Village President Raymond Rossi, died over the weekend. She was 63.
Rossi died on Saturday at the Joliet Area Community Hospice House in Joliet, according to an obituary from Kurtz Goodale Memorial Chapels.
She was an administrative assistant with the Lincoln-Way East High School athletic department and became an honorary captain of the school’s football team.

Her husband, Raymond Rossi, has been a judge of the Twelfth Circuit Court in Joliet since 2010 and served as the village president and mayor of Frankfort from 1993 to 2005.
A visitation will take place on Friday, Feb. 10 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way in Frankfort with a funeral service planned for the following day.
