Wine Walk Returns to Downtown Frankfort

Tickets still available for the Sept. 27 event.

Tickets are still available for a Sept. 27 “Wine-ding through Frankfort” event in the historic downtown.

During the event from 4 to 8 p.m., guests will enjoy wine and ale samples, appetizer and dessert bites and live music as they “wined” their way through downtown merchants. The ticket also includes a souvenir wine glass and other favors in a reusable gift bag. Designated driver tickets include all of the above except the wine and ale tastes. Wine sampled on the walk will be available for order that evening.

Advance sales opened to the public earlier this month, and will remain $30 until noon the day of the event. There is also a $10 designated driver ticket this year. If still available after noon the day of, tickets will be sold at check-in on Breidert Green on September 27 for $35.

Tickets are available through the Frankfort Historic Business Association website and in 5 downtown stores: Chew on This Dog Barkery, The Paper Spot, White Street Cafe, Pickwick Society Tearoom and This and That Gifts. Cash or check only in stores; credit cards online.

This is a 21+ older event. All guests must bring ticket and ID to check-in and exchange their ticket for a wristband which must be worn during the event.

Event sponsors/supporters include: Sports and Spine Chiropractic, Heritage Wine Cellars Ltd., Louis Glunz Winery, Vintage Wines, Arrowhead Ales, Boulvevard Brewing, Off Color Brewing, Aurelio’s Pizza, Pretzel Bizarre, The Dancing Marlin and the Village of Frankfort.

Proceeds go back into the various events that FHBA hosts in the downtown like Christkindl Weekend, Girls Night Out, Winter on the Green and more.
