Yoga Education for Indian Trail Students
Third and fourth graders at the Frankfort school received an unconventional form of education throughout February.
FRANKFORT, IL - Third and fourth grade students at Indian Trail Elementary School in Frankfort have taken on a bit of an unconventional educational endeavor in recent weeks.
The school's Yoga Club had taught the youngsters a great deal about balancing their bodies and minds, a news release from the school indicates.
"February was all about quieting the mind with meditation practices such as visualization," Kathleen Pirkle, secretary at the school, wrote in an email to media.

The students ended a 20-week session with a celebration of their accomplishments.
