Authorities ID Man Killed In Randall Road Crash
The two-vehicle crash happened Sunday morning on Randall Road and McKee Street in Batavia, police said.
BATAVIA, IL - Authorities have identified the person killed Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash on Randall Road in Batavia as Terry W. Starck, 57, of Batavia. The crash occurred at about 8:41 a.m. when a 2012 Jeep Wrangler heading north on Randall at McKee Street struck a 2016 Buick LaCrosse. An initial investigation shows the northbound Jeep Wrangler failed to stop for a red light at the intersection, police said.
When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, they had to extricate Starck from his Buick LaCrosse. Starck was taken to Delnor Hospital where he later died, according to a news release from the Batavia Police Department.
The driver of the Jeep was taken to Delnor Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and later released.

No charges have yet been filed in connection with the crash, police said Monday.
The crash remains under investigation.
