Accidents and Fender-Benders Are Part of the Geneva Police Reports

There are many accidents out there that result in $1,500 or more damage.

As always, there are more of these accident and fender-bender reports to come.

Accident on Anderson Boulevard—The front of a Ford Explorer driven by Michael Wagner Jr., 36, of Geneva collided with the rear of a Toyota Camry driven by Cheryl Krugler, 46, of Geneva around 12:15 p.m. June 25 in the 0-99 block of Anderson Boulevard near West State Street, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Accident on James Street—The passenger side of an International Box driven by Francisco Garcia, 29, of Chicago collided with the driver’s side of a Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Margaret Gurbal, 59, of Geneva around 1:35 p.m. June 24 in the 700 block of James Street, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Accident on private property in the 300 block of James Street—The rear of a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Brant Teafoe, 35, of South Elgin collided with the rear of a Scion XB driven by Dale Stark, 38, of Geneva around 4:50 p.m. June 24 in the 300 block of James Street near South Fourth Street. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Accident on West State Street—The front of a Honda Accord driven by Virginia Rusy, 54, of Geneva collided with the rear of a GMC Acadia driven by Marcia Anne McKittrick, 44, of Elburn around 7:16 a.m. June 23 in the 200 block of West State Street, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle. Rusy was ticketed for general speed restrictions, reports said.

Accident on Fargo—The front of a Toyota Camry driven by Jason Adams, 19, of Geneva collided with the rear of a Kia Sedona driven by Kathleen Nisius, 43, of St. Charles around 1:42 p.m. June 16 in the 2500 block of Fargo Boulevard near Randall Road, reports said. Less than $500 damage was done to any one vehicle.
