Geneva Holiday House Tour Tickets Go On Sale For 2026 Season

GENEVA, IL — The Geneva Chamber of Commerce revealed the five homes that will be decked out in Christmas spirit and on display for the annual Holiday House Tour, set for Dec. 4-5.

Self-guided tours are planned from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 4 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 5, allowing guests to witness the beautifully decorated homes ready for merry gatherings and the new year.

Local designers and landscaping experts teamed up to decorate the homes:

• A 3,096-square-foot modern transitional home that blends timeless architecture with modern design. Decorated by The Polished Nest.
• A 5,800-square-foot Augustine home that was so tall when it was built in 2001 that it had to be cut down to meet the city code. Decorated by A Rooted Home, with outdoor lighting by Blumen Gardens.
• A circa 2003 modern contemporary home spanning 1,402 square feet. Decorated by Little Red Barn Door, with outdoor lighting by It's A Wonderful Light.
• A 2,810-square-foot 1924 Spanish Colonial Revival home inside Geneva's historic downtown district. The home was originally known to neighbors as "The Rose House" because it was painted pink in honor of the first owner's daughter. Decorated by Farmdog Flowers, with outdoor lighting by Fox Valley Lighting.
• A 4,057-square-foot brick-and-cedar home. The couple saw the house being built in 2002, said they'd love to live there one day, and fast-forward 16 years, to 2018, they bought it. Decorated by BB Interiors, with outdoor lighting by Neri Landscaping.

Tickets cost $42 and include admission to the five houses, holiday tea and a seasonal scent from Inluro. Admission can be purchased online, by calling 630-232-6060 or in person at select merchants.

Proceeds from the Holiday House Tour help fund holiday decorations in downtown Geneva.
