Join us on Tuesday, March 17th at 1:00 p.m. in the Millstone Lounge for this educational seminar.

Program Description:

Find out what's happening in Genevafor free with the latest updates from Patch.

This presentation will cover some of the most common complaints about probate: It ties up property; it’s expensive; it’s public record; it’s subject to attack by creditors; and it invites family squabbles.

It will then teach the differences between “probate assets” and “non-probate assets” – and why the distinction is important. Finally, it will cover ways to avoid probate, including the use of living trusts, joint tenancy, beneficiary designations, transfer on death instruments, etc.
