Charming Charlie Store Coming This Summer to Geneva Commons
Houston-based Charming Charlie Inc. recently signed a lease for 8,650 square feet at Geneva Commons.
Houston-based Charming Charlie Inc. recently signed a lease for 8,650 square feet at Geneva Commons. According to Richard Spinell of Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Asset Management Inc., the exclusive leasing representative for the 437,650-square-foot lifestyle center, the privately held women’s fashion accessories company plans to open a Charming Charlie store here later this summer.
Established in 2004, Charming Charlie fashion accessories boutiques feature a blend of style and affordability with key finishing touches such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, handbags, scarves, belts and more, in a fun boutique environment. The company lists other Chicagoland stores in Algonquin, Bolingbrook, Lombard, Orland Park and South Barrington.
Mid-America Vice President Marget Graham represented the landlord in both transactions. Charming Charlie was represented by Kevin Vernick of Vernick & Associates Ltd. Sephora was represented by Jim Sakanich of CB Richard Ellis.
