Cold Days Ahead as Tri-Cities Head Into New Year

Temps will begin to drop off Monday night into Tuesday morning with temperatures as low as 14 degrees in Geneva, according to the National Weather Service

On Tuesday, Geneva should see mostly sunny skies and high of 18 degrees and wind chill values as low as 1 degree. Tuesday night will be especially chilly with temps expected to reach a low of 4 and wind chill values as low as -11.

Heading into New Year’s Eve day, it won’t be much warmer. A high of 18 degrees is expected in Geneva and wind chill values could be as low as -11. A low of 13 is expected New Year’s Eve night.

A high near 28 and mostly sunny skies is in the forecast for New Year’s Day.
