Diamond or Dud?: Bring Your Bling To Geneva Event Tuesday

GENEVA, IL -- The Geneva History Museum will host a “bring your bling” event Tuesday at State Street Jewelers in Geneva. Those interested in attending can bring their heirloom jewelry out to have a gemologist at the bank, located at 230 W. Street Street, help “identify its history,” according to a news release. The event will be held from 12 to 1 p.m.

The cost is $5 per person, $3 for museum members and is free for Settler Donors, according to the news release.

Only one piece of jewelry per person is allowed. Numbers will be handed out beginning 20 minutes before the program and spectators welcome.
