Geneva School District's transportation department is currently seeking school bus aides for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year. The School Bus Aide assists in the safe transportation of children, under the direct supervision of the Special Needs Supervisor.
Qualifications- Must be 21 years of age and have the ability to pass a yearly physical exam and TB test.
- Must also be able to comply with a background check.
- Personal qualifications include flexibility, patience, good verbal communication skills and the ability to fulfill responsibilities under pressure, including during emergencies.
- Hours are between 6:30 - 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 - 4:15 p.m. -- approximately three to four hours a day.
