Geneva
DUI, Drug Paraphernalia—Geneva police arrested Mark Beltran, 38,of North Aurora on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, improper lane usage, driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia around 2:22 p.m. June 22, in the 1300 block of South Batavia Avenue, reports said. He has a court date of Aug. 7 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
DUI, Suspended License—Geneva police arrested Juan Reyes, 38, of Waukesha, WI, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage around 10:12 p.m. June 10 in the 0-100 block of West State Street, reports said. He has a court date of July 17 at the Kane County Judicial Center.

DUI, Cannabis Possession—Geneva police arrested Dennis Martinez, 46, of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more and possession of cannabis around 1:56 a.m. June 15 in the 100 block of West State Street, reports said. He has a court date of Aug. 7 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
St. Charles
DUI, Speeding—Nicholas Ernest Lozano, 25, of the 800 block of Huron Court, Carol Stream, was charged at 2:15 a.m. June 22 in the 200 block of West Main Street with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than .08, and speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. Police said his blood-alcohol concentration was .105. He posted his driver’s license and $300 cash bond and was released pending a July 18, 2013 court appearance.Driving Under the Influence of Drugs—John M. O’Brien, 23, of the 300 block of South Grant Street, Westmont, was charged June 22 with DUI-drugs, DUI-cannabis, no driver’s license, and improper lane use. According to police, a syringe was found lying on the ground outside the passenger window of O’Brien’s vehicle. O’Brien later asked police if he could have his syringe back, according to the report. He and his girlfriend posted an unspecified bond, and O’Brien was released pending a July 24, 2013 court appearance.DUI, Transportation of Alcohol—Dana J. Langner, 69, of the 500 block of West Main Street, was charged at 12:16 a.m. June 22 on the 100 block of West Main Street with DUI, illegal transportation or possession of alcohol, and improper lane use. She posted her driver’s license and $300 cash bond and was released pending a July 18, 2013 court appearance.
DUI, Improper Lane Usage—Michael Alexander Frederick, 22, of the 5N300 block of Oak Road, was charged at 2:38 a.m. June 20 on the 100 block of Crane Road, with DUI, and improper lane use. He was released pending a court appearance.
