GENEVA, IL — The Fabyan Parkway bridge spanning the Fox River in Geneva is scheduled for repairs Thursday, city officials said.
The Kane County Division of Transportation is helming the project. Construction crews are expected to complete the work in one day, according to a news release.
As a result of the work, the bridge's eastbound lane will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to expedite construction and allow crews to safely access the area. Officials said drivers should consider alternate routes or plan for additional commute time.
