Fox Valley Country Club Golf Course is Closing: Columnist

It appears that Sunday was the last day for a round of golf at the Fox Valley Country Club in North Aurora, according to Daily Herald columnist Dave Heun. The golf course was expected to officially close on Monday.

“What happens to the banquet center and the grounds remains unclear, though some type of housing project has been mentioned. The banquet center has events booked well into the future, so it is possible that will remain open for a time,” Heun writes in the Daily Herald column.
