Fox Valley Market Activity Update

... and it was a great start to the summer! June brought a bundle of closings (click the link below for June 2015 data). Making it the busiest month for closings all year, with over 3 times as many closings as back in January and twice as many as in March. New homes for sale are coming on to the market as fast as they were back in April and market times were slightly better as well.
