'Frannie' the Bulldog Enjoys Swedish Days

• Swedish Days Festivities Continuing Through the Weekend

Swedish Days is officially underway in Geneva.

The popular festival is expected to draw crowds and Carrie Flynn sent in a photo of her bulldog, Frannie, enjoying the sights and sounds Wednesday night at Swedish Days.

Deeming her “the most popular bulldog in Geneva,” she said Frannie was out at the 7th Heaven concert Wednesday.

“Kids and adults can’t resist stopping, taking pictures and petting her,” according to an e-mail from Flynn. “Even the Mayor stopped by to give her a little pat on the head.”

Frannie is expected to be out to Swedish Days again. She is being towed around in a little green wagon. Those who spot her are encouraged to stop by to meet the friendly pup.

“I guarantee she will put a smile on your face,” Flynn said.
