Geneva-Area Allstate Agency Owners Help Fight Hunger

Virtual food drive to benefit the Northern Illinois Food Bank

Geneva-area Allstate agency owners are collecting much-needed donations through a virtual food drive to benefit the Northern Illinois Food Bank. The virtual food drive kicks off during National Volunteer Week (April 15-21) and runs through April 30. The donations will enable the Feeding America food bank member to support local families in need and quickly respond in the event of a natural disaster which can leave community members without shelter, power and access to safe food and water.

Allstate agency owners will also lend their time to the Northern Illinois Food Bank with a hands-on volunteer project. Their efforts will help their communities fight the everyday disaster of hunger.

Every $1 donated during the virtual food drive will help to provide 10 meals* through the Feeding America network of food banks. To donate, community members can visit: www.feedingamerica.org/Allstate.
