Geneva Community Unit School District 304 has announced the launch of a newly redesigned website. The new site features a new look, easier navigation, expanded content, and a mobile-friendly design.

“Our website is one of the primary places that our parents and community go to find timely and accurate information about the school district,” said Communications Coordinator Kristy Poteete-Kriegermeier. “Our old site was outdated and our community let us know that in the online survey we conducted at the beginning of the year.”

The District took advantage of a free redesign offered by their current website provider eSchoolView. “We want to provide a better user-experience for everyone,” said Poteete-Kriegermeier. “It is our hope that the new site is easier to navigate, easier to read, and has the information people want and need.”

The redesigned website will be rolled out in two phases. The new look and design launched today. The next step is to add more content and to continue to make the site easier to navigate. “Our ultimate goal is to make the site as user-friendly as possible,” said Poteete-Kriegermeier. “We ask for the public’s patience as we continue to improve the site over the next couple of months.”
