FOR LOW VISION SUPPORT GROUP
Patients who have a severe, permanent loss of vision are often suffering with Low Vision. The cause of this vision loss can be congenital or acquired through various conditions, such as age-related macular degeneration or glaucoma, and can make it difficult to navigate day-to-day activities.

As part of their low vision support group series, Geneva Eye will be hosting another session, Monday, January 22, 2018 from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, with guest speaker John Gordon from the Illinois Bureau of Blind Services. Topics for discussion will include:
- Elderly blind grant money—who is eligible?
- Illinois Center for Rehabilitation—training for the blind
- Vocational training and goals
