Geneva Park District To Host Earth Day Celebration At Peck Farm Park
As part of the event, 50 trees will be planted in the new oak savanna at Peck Farm, located off Kaneville Road.

GENEVA, IL — In honor of Earth Day, which falls on April 22 this year, the Geneva Park District is hosting a celebration at Peck Farm Park April 23.
The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the park at 4038 Kaneville Road.
As part of the event, 50 trees will be planted in the new oak savanna at Peck Farm, organizers said.

To celebrate all things nature, visitors can partake in various activities including nature crafts, a self-guided prairie tour, a rain barrel sale and recycling opportunities. Guests will also be able to pick up a reusable water bottle.
