Bien Trucha is a modern mexican “changarro” specializing in tacos. Inspired by little markets and street food from Mexico City, Bien Trucha’s interior features simple colors yet decorated with colorful paper "mache” paintings. The small architectural space creates a cozy and urban-dining feeling in the suburbs.
