Geneva Science Teacher Named Kane Co. Educator of the Year
Congrats to Matt Gain, a teacher at Geneva Middle School South.

KANE COUNTY, IL - A science teacher at Geneva Middle School South has been named as Kane County Educator of the Year. Matt Gain received the recognition during the Kane County Regional Office of Education's annual awards banquet on Friday, April 28. In total, 44 educators were nominated and recognized during the banquet.
The awards dinner held Friday at the Q Center, 1405 North Fifth Street in St. Charles, provides an opportunity to honor outstanding members of the education profession in Kane County and to promote awareness of the quality education being provided in our schools, according to a news release from the Regional Office of Education. Special recognition is also given to those retiring from education this school year.
