- KIDS: Finish with the finishing touches on the . Green thumbs are in order to create some landscaping on this multi-festival community projec tthat will be donated to Mutual Ground.
- Get your game on with “Game It Up”; a 28-foot gaming trailer will be set up for battling, racing, dancing and doing just about anything gaming related for FREE.

Ten tasting stations on our front lawn will offer samplings of several local wineries, including Lynfred, Prairie State, Illinois River, Door County, Glunz Family Winery, and Acquaviva, plus many more wines from the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Australia. Sample a great selection of International reds, whites and several seasonal local winessuch as Pumpkin, Apple & Hallowine. Our special guest, German Winemaker , owner of Schlink Haus, will be on hand to sign your bottle of wine. Serving on the front lawn from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The first three samples are free to those over 21, and additional samples may be purchased for a small price, with all proceeds from samplings benefiting the Geneva Community Chest, which serves more than 20 local charities.

Festival of the Vine and Flavor Fare extends to Geneva Commons this year. Enjoy a festive evening of food amd wine at the Bell Tower, music and family fun, plus specialsales and promotions at your favorite stores. General admission is free; tickets requiredfor food and wine, $1/ticket. Tickets purchased at Geneva Commons may not be used for the downtown festival, and vice versa.

Saturday Entertainment

12-1 p.m.: : Preparing for their traditional family this winter, the dancers are delighted to perform a sampling of new and previous works.
5:15-6:45 p.m.: Avalanche—The duo has exceptional vocals and together they weave tight harmonies in many musical genres.
7 p.m.: Introduction of 2012 line-up for , Cultural Arts Commission
8-10 p.m.: Hiline Band—Motown, '70s and '80s party songs and a touch of swing
