At Home Opening At Geneva Gander Mountain Location
The vacant Gander Mountain will become home to At Home.
GENEVA, IL – Sofas, lamps and patio furniture will replace hunting and fishing equipment when a big box home decor retailer moves into the former Gander Mountain in Geneva this March. At Home, which is based in Texas and currently has three stores in Illinois, has signed a lease for the 104,782-square-foot space at Fabyan Crossing, according to the Daily Herald.
The store has been vacant since August when Gander Mountain declared bankruptcy last spring. Several area Gander Mountain retailers reopened, but the outdoors retailer said Geneva's store was on the underperforming list.
Other retailers in the shopping center include Best Buy and Burlington Coat Factory.
