Hours Set for Neighborhood, Downtown Trick-or-Treating in Geneva

Neighborhood trick-or-treating will be held on Oct. 31.

GENEVA, IL - Can you believe it -- Halloween is right around the corner?

It's time to start planning those costumes for your little ghosts and goblins. And it's also time to mark your calendar for upcoming trick-or-treating events in Geneva.

Geneva’s downtown trick-or-treating will be held from 2 to5 p.m. on Oct. 27 at participating downtown Geneva businesses. You can get a jump start on your Haloween fun with the downtown merchants Halloween event. Participating businesses will be handing out candy to all the little ghosts, goblins and princesses.. This is a great family-friendly environment to take children out during the daytime hours.

Then, on Oct. 31, neighborhood trick-or-treating will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. The trick-or-treat hours are recommended by the Geneva Police Department.
