The Summer Series at RiverPark in Geneva will begin on Sunday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m. Join friends & neighbors for each of three unique free programs sponsored by the Cultural Arts Commission. Bring folding chairs or picnic blankets to the stone Amphitheater at the RiverPark of Geneva located at Peyton & N. River Lane.
On July 13, Ryan Hobbs of Geneva will lead the Northside Brass in a Celebration of American music. Ryan and his brass band will also feature the American composers Sousa, Greenleaf, and Gershwin; but be prepared, the concert will feature some unique surprised as well.
Fumee Gypsy Jazz Project will perform on Sunday, July 20th at 6:00 p.m. Step back in time to 1930's Paris with the Fumee Gypsy Jazz Project playing gypsy standards and guitarist Jean "Django" Reinhardt originals with fresh vocals, join the Fumee members for an evening of vintage swing. Christy Bennett leads with vocals, accompanied by Geneva grad Casey Nielsen on guitar, Gabriel Datcu, guitar, and Christian Dillingham, bass & accordion.

The last concert, back by popular demand, is the "Need to Be Seen" troupe returning with another stellar performance of Live Radio Theatre on Sunday, July 27 at 6:00. Come relive the days when you used your own imagination to picture action just by listening to voices telling a story. Local talent will present authentic radio scripts using their various voices and sound effects. Enjoy old time stories told by the likes of Ozzie and Harriet and Riley.
