Steve Coffinbargar,Assistant Director of Transportation – Implementation,Kane County Division of Transportation talked to Geneva Rotary at its July 22 2014 meeting about recent and upcoming highway projects for Kane County. Steve supervises engineering, land acquistion, construction and other functions for the department. His power point presentation with many photos and graphics was well received by the club and many questions were asked by the Rotarians present.
