Kautz Road Extension To Connect With Fabyan Parkway

The Kane County Division of Transportation is overseeing the extension of Kautz Road, which currently ends at Route 38.

GENEVA, IL — Construction begins Monday in Geneva to extend Kautz Road to meet Fabyan Parkway.

Currently ending at Route 38, Kautz Road is being extended south to Fabyan Parkway as part of Geneva's southeast master plan development business park.

The Kane County Division of Transportation will oversee the construction, which will take place at Fabyan Parkway and Louis Bork Drive. No traffic signals will be installed at the start of the project, so the intersection will be controlled by a stop sign, according to a news release.
