Lady Vikings Defeat Larkin 87-21

Geneva takes on Larkin for the second time in two weeks and once again has a big win over the Royals.

The Geneva girls basketball team played Larkin on Wednesday night after the game was canceled last week due to weather. After defeating Larkin the first time around, the Vikings crushed the Royals with a 87-21 win at home.

"We continued to play unselfishly," said assistant coach Eric Duffett. "We did a great job of limiting our turnovers, and every player scored in the game. We can't ask for much more than that."

Kat Yelle scored 16 for the Vikings, Ashley Santos had 14, and Dori Rogers had another big game off the bench with 12 points.
