CANCELLATIONS, CLOSINGS: Area Libraries, Daycares Close Early Due to Severe Weather

Here is a look at some area libraries, churches and schools that will not be offering evening activities, or have been closed all day Monday, due to the severe weather:
- AURORA MONTESSORI SCHOOL in Aurora is closed Monday.
- FREMONT SCHOOL DISTRICT 79 in Mundelein is closed Monday.
- HARVARD DIGGINS LIBRARY in Harvard is closing early at 5:30 p.m.
- NAPERVILLE MONTESSORI SCHOOL in Naperville is closed today.
- NORTH CENTRAL COLLEGE in Naperville is closed today.
- NORTHPOINTE RESOURCES in Zion is open but Antioch bus service is cancelled.
- PALATINE TOWNSHIP SENIOR CENTER in Palatine is closed.
- ROTARY INTERNATIONAL WORLD HEADQUARTERS in Evanston is closing early at 3:30 p.m. today.
- ST. FRANCIS HIGH SCHOOL in Wheaton is closed today.
- ST. MARY’S PARISH in West Chicago will have no evening activities.
- ST. PAUL DAY CARE in VILLA PARK will be closing early at 4:30 p.m.
- TINLEY PARK PUBLIC LIBRARY in Tinley Park will be closing early today at 3:30 p.m.
- TOWN AND COUNTRY PUBLIC LIBRARY in Elburn will be closing early at 4 p.m. today.
- TRINITY LUTHERAN SCHOOL in Roselle has cancelled its Monday evening Worship services. The facility will be closed as of 6 p.m.
- WALK ON in Barrington has cancelled its Horse Buddies Program for Monday.
- WARREN TOWNSHIP CENTER in Gurnee is closing early at 3:30 p.m.
- WAUKEGAN PUBLIC LIBRARY in Waukegan is closing early at 4 p.m.
