Mill Creek Elementary School Has A McLovely McTeacher's Night

Geneva| Mill Creek Elementary School students gave teachers and administrators an A-plus on their fundraising efforts to support Mill Creek.

Teachers, support staff, Principal Goerge Petmezas, and Assistant Principal Trish Lorenz from Mill Creek Elementary School volunteered behind the counter and throughout the restaurant on Thursday, March 21st, at the Geneva McDonald's located on Randall Road in Geneva, where they served students and their families in their annual fundraiser.

Lisa Freeman, and PrincipalPetmezas along with Katie Swanson, and Sherrie Klint went around the restaurant encouraging students and families to purchase a delicious apple pie while other staff members tended the front counter and presented food at the drive-thru.

The proceeds from the apple pie sales will be used to help support the Mill Creek PTO. Fifteen percent of the proceeds from the McTeacher's Night sales were donated directly to Mill Creek ElementarySchool PTO.

The Lardas Family, Owner-Operator of the Geneva McDonald's were delighted to participate in the worthy cause for education and the community.
