New Restaurant to Open in Former Urban Grille Location

Hache Modern Brasserie is expected to open in July.

A new restaurant with a French theme is expected to open in the former location of Urban Grille, 524 W. State St., in July, the Kane County Chronicle reports.

The owners of Hache Modern Brasserie, Karl Youngren and Irina Haydon, also own Paris Bistro in Naperville and plan to keep the French theme with their new location in Geneva. They will also offer a farm-to-table dining experience by using fresh, locally grown food, according to the article.

Even better, the restaurant should be reasonably priced.

“It’s certainly going to be palatable to anyone and everyone,” Youngren told the newspaper. “We want to make it reasonable. We want to make it a great dining experience for people who want to have a nice night out but everything is going to be reasonably priced.”
