Oberweis Plans Geneva Ice Cream, Pizza, Burger Joint
The proposed 5,600-square-foot business would be located at the Fabyan Crossing shopping center.

GENEVA, IL -- The city of Geneva is one step closer to getting an Oberweis Dairy store at the Fabyan Crossing shopping center, which would also include a Woodgrain Neopolitan Pizzeria and a That Burger Joint. Oberweis runs all the restaurants and has submitted plans to the city for the new building along Randall Road. The company would need an OK from the city to ammend the center's planned unit development from a business use to a restaurant.
The proposed 5,667-square-foot "multi-concept fast food" restaurant would also have a drive-thru, according to city documents.
Oberweis Dairy serves up ice cream shakes and malts; That Burger Joint is a fast casual restaurant where visitors can get burgers, chicken and hot dogs; and Woodgrain pizza features made-to-order wood-fired pizzas.
