Pancake Breakfast: All Are Welcome!

Join students at Fox Valley Jewish School for a special pancake breakfast and contribute to their community service project, Sunday, Jan. 22, 9:45 - 10:30 am.

Community Service is an important part of the curriculum at FVJS. Each year, all the students learn about and support a selected nonprofit organization. This year they are working with Phillips Park Zoo in Aurora. This zoo provides homes for wild animals that cannot survive in the wild due to injury or some other difficulty. It also educates the public about the wildlife in the area and how we can create an environment that works best for both people and wildlife.

The students visited the zoo in October and made treat containers for the animals in art class. Their next project is a pancake breakfast fundraiser and you are invited! Please show the students that we all value community service by coming to this event.
