Meanwhile, heat index values could reach between 100 and 105 degrees during the afternoon hours on Tuesday through Saturday.

  • Sunday night: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 60s in the suburbs... But in the upper 60s downtown. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
  • Monday: Partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 80s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.
  • Monday Night: Partly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows around 70. East winds 5 to 10 mph in the evening becoming southeast after midnight.
  • Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 80s. South winds 10 to 15 mph.
  • Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the lower 70s.
  • Wednesday: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 80s inland...but only around 80 near the lake.
  • Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy in the evening then clearing. Lows in the lower 70s.
  • Thursday And Thursday Night: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs around 90. Lows in the lower 70s.
  • Friday: Partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 80s inland...but only in the lower 80s near the lake.
  • Friday Night And Saturday: Partly cloudy. Lows in the upper 60s. Highs in the mid 80s inland...but only in the lower 80s near the lake.
