When Hospitals buy doctor's offices-Patients fees SOAR in Feb.2015.
This applied to seeing a Primary doctor who works for hospitals or specialist who works for hospitals or Walk-In. If you require blood tests or X-rays or MRI or Colonoscopy or Knee surgery--they are going to cost you lot more than seeing an independent primary care doctor or specialist.

But in an update ,NY times said-- that there was a COMPROMISE reached:
All doctors purchases before 2017 --would not affect the higher prices. Only new acquisitions of doctors -prices will remain the same old prices if done in old offices.So no incentives by US Govt. for hospitals to acquire doctors.

So if you go to Walk in-and this walk in refers you to its primary care doctor or specialist and you follow their advice to get X-Rays,blood tests,MRI,Colonoscopy,Endoscopy,Knee Surgery,Ultra sound of heart, then you will pay HIGHER PRICES than if you saw independent doctors.
