Prostitution At Geneva Massage Parlor Leads To Arrest Of 2 Women: PD
Both women were said to be operating as massage therapists without a license, police said.
GENEVA, IL — Two women were brought into custody Wednesday as part of an investigation into prostitution activity at Hy Massage in Geneva, police said.
Geneva police, with assistance from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, began investigating the parlor at 410 E. State St. after community members reported "illicit activity" at the business, according to a Friday news release.
Xunyi Fu, of the 200 block of West 23rd Street in Chicago, and Zhixiang Zeng, of the 200 block of West 26th Street in Chicago, were taken into custody without incident.

Fu, 45, who police said is listed as the owner of Hy Massage, was charged with two misdemeanors: one count of prostitution and one count of operating as a massage therapist without a license. Zeng, 35, was charged with one count of operating as a massage therapist without a license.
Both women were taken to the Geneva Police Department for processing and released with a notice to appear in court on Feb. 20.
