National Director, Supportive Care & Patient Experience at Seasons Healthcare Management
Lindsey has been part of Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care with special responsibilities related to Inpatient Hospice, Clinical Supervision of Supportive Care staff, Quality Measures, and Ethics. Lindsey has presented extensively within the Chicago community in areas of Advanced Directives, Ethics at End of Life, and Counseling Clinicians on How to Share Bad News. In October 2014, Lindsey presented at the NHPCO National Conference on the Hospice Counselor’s Role in Assessment and Treatment of Prolonged and Complicated Grief Disorder. Lindsey currently is a National Director of Supportive Care & Patient Experience for three sites within Season’s National network meaning that she supports Social Workers, Chaplains, Music Therapists, Volunteers, and Bereavement programs.
