Support Geneva High School Post Prom!
The Geneva High School Post Prom Committee has been busy at work this winter organizing a great night of fun-filled memories for the students of GHS which will follow the GHS Prom to be held at the Museum of Science and Industry, Saturday, May 3, 2014, and we need your help.
Following dinner, dancing, and exhibits at MSI, the students return to GHS where the celebration continues! The GHS Post Prom provides a great night of fun, food, entertainment and prizes for the Juniors, Seniors and Prom goers of GHS in a chaperoned “lock-in” environment. Juniors and Seniors are welcome to attend even if they do not attend Prom. Tickets for the event will be sold in the cafeteria in April. The event begins at 11pm and ends at 3am.
Post Prom relies on the generous support and donations of the Geneva community. Fundraisers are organized throughout the school year to pay for the food, entertainment, and prizes given away, but community donations are the most important method of raising the money and prizes needed to put on such a great event that attracts students, encouraging them to continue their after Prom celebrations in a safe environment. Can you help? If you are interested in donating to this great evening, please drop off your new prize, gift card or cash donation at the GHS Main Office and indicate it is for Post Prom, or contact Lisa Stellick, 2014 GHS Post Prom Chair at ghspostprom@gmail.com.
