Swedish Days Cancelled Wednesday Evening Due to Storms
The festival closed at 5 p.m. and will reopen on Thursday.
The Swedish Days Festival in Geneva will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday due to the chance for severe storms this evening.
Among the events scheduled for this evening was Geneva's Got Talent Semi-Finals. The semi-finalists will now perform on Saturday at 6 p.m. on the Main State in downtown Geneva. People are encouraged to continue voting through Friday, June 24, at 1 a.m. for their favorite contestant via the Geneva Park District Facebook Page.
The festival will reopen on Thursday.
