GENEVA, IL — As the first snowfall of the season lines Geneva streets and rooftops, many are coming to the realization that winter is here to stay. To usher in the holidays, the Geneva Steeple Walk is returning Dec. 4.

Four local churches are participating in this year's event, set to take place from 2-4:30 p.m. Two audience groups will go from church to church to attend 20-minute concerts at each.

The lineup will begin at the United Methodist Church of Geneva, 211 Hamilton St.; and Geneva Lutheran Church, 301 S. Third St. Groups will attend simultaneous concerts before switching venues. From there, the groups will visit the Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva, 102 S. Second St., and First Church of Christ, Scientist, 111 S. Second St.
