Tickets Still Available for Geneva Chamber of Commerce's Nov. 8 Annual Dinner

The Annual Dinner and Awards Night will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at , 2288 Fargo Boulevard in Geneva. 

The annual dinner will also recognize members who have made special contributions to the Chamber of Commece by presenting President, Ambassador and Spirit Awards to individuals and businesses. The prestigious winner will also be revealed at the dinner. Each year the Wood Award is presented by the Geneva Chamber to an individual who has made significant community contributions in the areas of business, education, youth involvement, civic organizations, arts, recreation, charity or government. 

The award is named in honor of Bill and Elise Wood and Nell and Burt Wood.  These four individuals contributed to the growth and health of the city of Geneva, and William C. Wood was the first recipient of the award in 1985.  

Dinner tickets are $45 per person. The event will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and award presentations. Call the Geneva Chamber at 630-232-6060 to make reservations.
