Transitions Home Medical Group Partners with Elderday Center in Batavia to Provide Flu Shot Clinic to the Community

Transitions Home Medical Group, an in-home palliative care service provider based out of Naperville, and Elderday Center, a community-based not-for-profit adult day program, invite the community to a flu shot clinic at the Elderday facility, 328 West Wilson Street in Batavia.

The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to noon on October 21, and from 1 to 3 p.m. on October 22. Flu shots are available, first come, first served, while supplies last. If you are interested in taking advantage of this clinic, you are encouraged to call Marilyn at (815) 582-0306 to pre-register.

As a service, Transitions Home Medical Group will handle billing Medicare, private insurance, or customers may opt to pay a nominal fee of $25 per flu shot (cash or credit card only please). For insurance or Medicare billing, please bring your insurance card and a picture i.d.
