Tri City Rotary Feb 16

Engineers without Borders USA-Chicago ewb-usa-chicago.org made a presentation at the special Tri-City Rotary meeting Feb 16 2016 - this meeting was led by the St Charles club and also attended by Geneva and Batavia clubs.
