Upskirt Videos Lead To 51 Felony Counts For St. Charles Man: Geneva Police
Police say investigators found numerous upskirt videos after they obtained a search warrant following the man's initial arrest in October.

GENEVA, IL — A St. Charles man was charged with 51 counts of felony offenses after investigators found he secretly recorded videos up women's skirts for more than two years, officials said Tuesday.
Kane County State's Attorney Jamie L. Mosser and Geneva Chief of Police Eric Passarelli allege Jascent M. Harvey, 30, used his cell phone to record videos of 33 women and two minor girls between June 2023 and September 2025.
Geneva detectives first arrested Harvey on Oct. 3, 2025, after officials say an investigation found he took an upskirt video at a Geneva store. Using a warrant, police forensically searched the man's phones and laptops, finding more similar videos.
