Villa and Farm is the sister brand of Villa Topiary. We have re-created a life sized stall as our booth and filled it with farmhouse decor, estate stone replicas of horses, cows, pigs, vintage finds and of course--Topiaries. Handmade signs and vintage reproduction decor await. Recently a local artist hung two stunning pictures for sale above our booth. Rain or shine it’s worth a drive because Villa and Farm feels like home.
We are located inside the lovely Avant Garden MarketPLACE, 10711 Ste. Rte. 71, Yorkville (1 mile west of Rte. 47)-- 8000 sq. ft. of multiple shops and booths under one roof. Make it a day destination!
