Villa and Farm has new farmhouse decor in stock.

Villa and Farm is the sister brand of Villa Topiary.

We have re-created a life sized stall as our booth and filled it with farmhouse decor, estate stone replicas of horses, cows, pigs, vintage finds and of course--Topiaries. Handmade signs and vintage reproduction decor await. Rain or shine it’s worth a drive because Villa and Farm feels like home.

We are located inside the lovely Avant Garden MarketPLACE, 10711 Ste. Rte. 71, Yorkville (1 mile west of Rte. 47)-- 8000 sq. ft. of multiple shops and booths under one roof. Open 10am to 5pm Thursday, Friday Saturday and Noon to 5pm Sunday until April.  Then hours are 10am to 5pm Wed-Sun.  Make it a day destination!
