Volleyball Team Continues UEC Winning Streak

The Vikings continue their winning streak in the Upstate Eight conference, going 5-0 and taking their overall record to 18-9.

Geneva's girls volleyball team had a victorious performance against Larkin; winning the match in two. After fighting to win game one, the Vikings took control over the match in game two.

Larkin couldn’t hit past the defense as Kelly Dalheim led the team with 26 digs and Hannah Buck followed with 14 digs for the match. Buck helped the Vikings keep the momentum with her tough swings and Hannah Lanasa shut Larkin down with a total of 10 kills. The Vikings will play Aurora Central Catholic on Thursday, Oct. 11.
