West State Street Will Be Reduced To 1 Lane For Patching Project
Crews will be patching State Street, near the intersection with McKinley Avenue, following the completion of a water infrastructure project.

GENEVA, IL — A portion of West State Street in Geneva will be reduced to one lane in each direction to make way for roadway repairs Oct. 10, officials said.
The Geneva Public Works Department will be patching the roadway, near the intersection with McKinley Avenue, following the completion of a prior water infrastructure project.
Two lanes will close starting at 9 a.m., and westbound traffic will be shifted to the eastbound side of the highway. Work is expected to be finished before the evening rush hour, according to the city.
